Breaking Habits Class Recordings
We meet weekly to explore insights from our tradition that can help us break habits that hinder our personal goals. Each session begins with a small talk.
This group is open to anyone seeking to overcome habits related to digital devices, food, social media, or other behaviors that may feel compulsive or difficult to manage. The class is held in a webinar format. Participants are admitted by default with their video off and names hidden. Whether you prefer to listen quietly or actively participate, everyone is welcome.
